Thank you for your post. Windows Server 2012 is supported and is mentioned under the "System Requirements" under the same link (http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/coldfusion/?tabID=details#sysreqs).

The supported JDK version are 1.6 and 1.7, as till date.

You may try to install it on windows server, however, it is only tested on Windows 7,8 and 8.1
