copy the mandatoryupdate in c:\

open command line as administrator

write:

cd  c:\coldfusion10\jre\bin\     (enter)

write:

java -jar c:\cf10_mdt_updt.jar (enter)

follow instruction

check new version in CFIDE->settings summary
